Q) When will I receive my order?

A) Orders are dispatched within 10 to 15 working days. We will inform you via email when your order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control such as postal strike etc.

A) The cost of delivery is included in the price of the item.

 

Q) Does artwork come framed?

A) We currently do not frame artwork because this would add to the time taken for delivery of the item and the overall cost.  

 

Q) Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

A) We currently do not offer a gift wrapping service. 

 

Q) What is the quality of your prints like?

A) Our prints are of very high quality and printed on high quality paper using high quality inks.

 

Q) Which credit/debit cards can I use to pay?

A) We accept MasterCard, Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards, Switch and American Express

 

Q) Can I make payment by Cheque?

A) You can make payment by cheque, but please bear in mind that orders paid by cheque will take longer to process. We regret that we can only accept cheques issued in British Pounds.

 

Q) Do you accept orders from customers who require delivery outside of UK Mainland addresses?

A) We currently do not accept orders from customer who require delivery outside of UK Mainland addresses.
